AI impact reporting

Report an adverse impact of an AI system.

If an AI system we operate, including Lynctera, has caused a negative consequence for you or someone else, tell us here. ISO/IEC 42001 Annex A.8.3 asks us to give anyone affected a way to do this.

What counts

Any unintended outcome that affects people: unfair or biased results, a privacy or security failure, or physical, financial or psychological harm. If you are unsure whether it counts, report it.
