| Name | Set by | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_K2J9EDW8XE | Google Analytics | Counts visits and pages viewed | 2 years |
| visitor_id | Lynctera (our own platform) | Recognises a returning visitor so we can see which pages are read | 1 year |
Our Lynctera analytics also keeps two items in your browser's local storage: lynctera_visitor_id, the same identifier as the visitor_id cookie, and lynctera_consent_decision, a record of your choice and when you made it. Both are removed if you withdraw consent.
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. The Lynctera analytics service is operated by Yellow Be Ltd, so that data is not shared with a third party.
