Mike Wright is the founder and CEO of Yellow Be Ltd, a UK based consultancy that delivers, hosts and operates tailored technology solutions for Investment Banks, Prime Brokers, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, FinTech and Social Enterprises.
Mike has more than two decades of experience building and running information technology platforms for Investment Banks and Asset Managers in the UK and South Africa, having worked at ABN Amro, Credit Suisse, BGC Group, Rand Merchant Bank, Ashburton Investments and Investec before founding his own consultancy in 2020.
Yellow Be’s combined expertise in market integrations, portfolio and ledger accounting platforms and other mission critical systems that support retail and institutional trading, savings, and investment activities, combined with the intelligent and responsible application of Artificial Intelligence, uniquely positions the team to implement, host and operate secure, scalable and sustainable solutions for their clients. Mike is highly skilled in digital strategy, IT architecture and the intelligent application of AI. He recently completed the Oxford Executive Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Business at Saïd Business School and has a commerce degree from Stellenbosch University.
